RETURNS/EXCHANGES FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
OGIO wants you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase. If you are not satisfied with the item you have purchased, you may return it within 30 days of shipment for a full refund of the product price. This does NOT include shipping, handling, or any customization charges that may have been assessed.
To qualify for a refund:
- The item must be returned unused and in new condition.
- Accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Must be complete with all parts and accessories in-tact.

OGIO CUSTOMS PURCHASES
We are more than happy to personalize a custom OGIO bag just for you; but please take note that custom orders are NON RETURNABLE CANNOT BE CANCELLED and once submitted. Please verify all of your personalization and customization requests prior to completing your order.
CREDIT CARD REFUNDS
On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
*Please note that returns, refunds and trades processed against Affirm payment plans may take up to 30 days to appear on your Affirm balance.
